Our fees are for either a face-to-face or phone consultation with a clinical team member of the practice.
We also offer limited services without a consultation, however, it is at the discretion of the GP that you may be required to have an appointment to complete your request.

If you are paying an account on behalf of another family member/person, or a third party is paying your account, please ensure YOUR details are entered for the bank transfer. If details do not match, Burwood Health cannot guarantee payment will be allocated to your account.
ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION:
Payment is expected on the day of your appointment, service or prescription request.
Unpaid accounts at the end of each month may incur an administration fee of $5.00 per account.
