PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS

Please be aware of changes to Prescription Requests

 

WE PREFER YOU TO COLLECT YOUR FAXED REPEAT PRESCRIPTION FROM THE PHARMACY.

 

Please make payment for your prescription to ensure it can be faxed to your pharmacy once completed.  If payment is not received, we may be unable to authorise your prescription request.

PLEASE BE ADVISED PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS CAN TAKE UP TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO COMPLETE.

Repeat prescriptions are only available for stable medical conditions which have had medication previously prescribed during a consultation, within the last six (6) months, by one of our doctors.

You will be required to see your doctor every 3 to 6 months to ensure your medications are still appropriate for your condition.  If your doctor does request a face-to-face consult you will be advised by our team.
