MY INDICI & YOUR TEST RESULTS

You can now view up to 12-months worth of test results on your My Indici account. Results will have a code beside the results, each code means something different. To help you understand your results and what each code represents, please see the table below.

If you wish to discuss your results further with your doctor, you are welcome to ring the practice and make an appointment on 03 383 0219.

Result	Code	Classification
Normal	N	Your results have been reviewed by a doctor and have been classified as normal or within an acceptable parameter range. No further appointment is required with your doctor regarding these results. However, if you would like to discuss your results or anything else, please phone the practice to arrange an appointment.
Stable	S	The results have been reviewed by a doctor and are similar to previous tests you have undertaken, indicating no significant change. No further appointment is required with your doctor regarding these results. However, if you would like to discuss your results or anything else, please phone the practice to arrange an appointment.
Not Significant	NS	Every test is important, but not every result is significant. Your results have been reviewed by a doctor and are classified as not significant. This could be because of the way the test is completed or because you are already taking medication that is addressing the issue. No further appointment is required with your doctor regarding these results. However, if you would like to discuss your results or anything else, please phone the practice to arrange an appointment.
Consistent with Current Condition	CCC	The results have been reviewed by a doctor and are what was expected. No further appointment is required with your doctor regarding these results. If you are on medication such as Wafarin, you may still be contacted by a Practice Nurse to review your health. However, if you would like to discuss your results or anything else, please phone the practice to arrange an appointment.
Requires Review	RR	The results have been reviewed by a doctor and they have decided that they would like to see you to discuss further.If it is an important result a doctor may have already tried to contact you via phone or text. Please contact the practice to arrange an appointment time with a doctor to discuss your results.
Results requested outside of practice (ie. Hospital or specialist) OR Ordered Elsewhere To be followed up by requesting doctor	RFU OE	The results have been reviewed by a doctor of the practice; however, they were not ordered by the practice. The tests may have been requested by a specialist or the hospital and we are unable to comment on them. To find out more about your results please contact your specialist or the provider who requested the result.
No Action Required	NAR	The results have been reviewed by a doctor and no further action is required as they are normal or not significant. No further appointment is required with your doctor regarding these results. However, if you would like to discuss your results or anything else, please phone the practice to arrange an appointment
