Burwood Health was opened in November 2019 after years of planning and consultation from the community.
Since the initial opening, the practice has continued to expand and now has six (6) General Practitioners, one (1) GPEP Registrar as well as one (1) Nurse Practitioner.
Located in close proximity to Burwood Hospital, the practice offers ample on-site parking, new family-friendly facilities and overlooks the Ōruapaeroa (Travis Wetlands).
For patient convenience, Unichem Parklands Medical Pharmacy is located beside the practice.
