The COVID Pandemic has changed the way we operate, please note the following:

 

WE ARE AT COVID ALERT LEVEL 2

AS OF 11.59PM 7th SEPTEMBER 2021

The practice has resumed normal operations and will see patients either face-to-face, over the phone or via video consultation.

It is still important to ensure that the Government Guidelines are followed which include:

  • A mask must be worn at all times will inside the practice
  • Please practice safe hand hygiene by using the hand sanitizer provider both when entering and leaving the building.  Also, practice safe hand hygiene while inside the practice.
  • Please sign in either using the COVID-19 TRACER APP or at reception
  • Practice safe social distancing by keeping at least 2 meters away from people you do not know
  • If possible, please either attend your appointment alone, or only bring one (1) person with you

We still ask that you do not enter the building until you have been cleared by a staff member.

If you have any respiratory symptoms, you will not be permitted to come into the building, and will be assessed in the carpark or prefab in the carpark.

The practice will implement the following for each Alert Level:

Level 1 Guidelines:

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING if you have a cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose or have been in contact with COVID,  you will be triaged by a Doctor or Nurse to assess if you need a COVID swab.

  • Please do not attend the appointment early.
  • Please only bring a maximum of one support person.
  • Use QR code on arrival.
  • Sanitise your hands on arrival and departure of the building.
  • Feel free to wear a mask.

 

Level 2 Guidelines:

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING if you have a cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose or have been in contact with COVID,  you will be triaged by a Doctor or Nurse to assess if you need a COVID swab.

  • Please do not attend the appointment early.
  • Please only bring a maximum of one support person.
  • Use QR code on arrival.
  • Sanitise your hands on arrival and departure of the building.
  • Please wear a mask to your appointment
  • Any further Government guidelines or recommendations will be adhered

 

Level 3 Guidelines:

  • You must not enter the building without confirmation from one of our staff
  • All patient appointments will be triaged by either a doctor or a nurse
  • Only patients who need to be seen at the practice will be allowed to enter the building
  • Come alone to your appointment.  If the appointment is for a child or someone who requires support staff, bring 1 person only
  • Use QR code on arrival
  • Sanitise your hands on arrival and departure of the building
  • Mask wearing will be mandatory

 

Level 4 Guidelines:

  • You must not enter the building without confirmation from one of our staff
  • All patient appointments will be triaged by either a doctor or a nurse
  • We will mainly offer telephone appointments.  You will only be seen face-to-face if necessary.
  • Come alone to your appointment.  If the appointment is for a child or someone who requires support staff, bring 1 person only
  • Use QR code on arrival
  • Sanitise your hands on arrival and departure of the building
  • Mask wearing will be mandatory

 

These guidelines can change as per Government requirements.  In the event of a COVID-19 outbreak, please follow all recommendations from authorities and our staff.
