What is a Health Coach?

Our Health Coach is a FREE service, working with patients to help them make health related lifestyle changes, and achieve their goals. Lauren offers practical assistance within a range of physical, mental and social focus areas. She is motivated to help patients to improve your habits, set achievable goals and help with your health and wellbeing.

 

How can a Health Coach help me?

  • Distressed (if you are feeling distressed or struggling, the practice also offers a Health Improvement Practitioner who can offer practical tools to help reduce these concerns as well)

 

How do I arrange an appointment with the Health Coach?

Your doctor is able to introduce you to Lauren next time you are at the practice for an appointment. Otherwise, feel free to phone the practice and book an appointment.

Lauren is available for FREE face-to-face or phone consultation on:

Monday 9:00am – 4:30pm

Tuesday 9:00am – 4:30pm

Wednesday 9:00am – 4:30pm

Thursday 9:00am – 4:30pm

 

 

There is no charge to visit the Health Coach (or Health Improvement Practitioner) as their services are Government funded.
