Burwood Health has recently changed to a new Practice Management System and this software has added Pronouns to patients’ data.
Unfortunately, it has assumed that a patient will identify with the pronoun commonly associated with the patient’s gender at birth.
If this is not your preferred pronoun, please email reception@burwoodhealth.co.nz and we will update your records.
