Burwood Health is excited to welcome Lauren our new Health Coach to our team!
Lauren has a passion for supporting people and is looking forward to the opportunity to help people meet their health and wellbeing goals in her new role as Health Coach.
Lauren grew up in rural Canterbury and settled in Otautahi Christchurch after spending years abroad working as a chocolatier and in Antarctica.
Outside of work Lauren loves to make the most of our local surroundings with walks or swims at the beach and bike rides in Bottle Lake Forest or the Port Hills. She is also known to spend her free time pottering in the kitchen.
Lauren is available for appointments Tuesday – Friday from 9:00am – 4:30pm.
